I would like to take the time to personally thank Owner Ryan and his company, Lock and Alert Electrical. I called around noon today and he told me he had a full schedule. I wasnt getting power to my kitchen island and an additional outlet. He reached out around 4PM and told me he could swing by. He quickly surmised the problem and fixed my power issue. In this world or sketchy service, it was a pleasant surprise to have a company who added me in to their busy day. It was greatly appreaciated! Ryan and his team are awesome. They installed a Quiet Cool Trident 4.8 Wholehouse Fan in about 1 hour. They work accurately and clean. They had to adjust some of the framing in my attic in order to fit the Fan. After installation Ryan took time to explain how to handle the Fan to me. During the process of a kitchen upgrade, we contacted Ryan about electrically disconnecting our double oven and range hood that were being replaced. We also asked for lighting to be installed for the new upper cabinets during the cabinet installation. Ryan came out on relatively short notice and handled the disconnects quickly and efficiently to meet our schedule needs. He then made arrangements to return and take care of the cabinet lighting installation, working in cooperation with the kitchen cabinet crew, to make the whole project more efficient. Ryan does great quality work, he is pleasant to work with, and works timely and efficiently.  I cannot recommend his company highly enough, and we have plenty of other work for them in the future. I called Ryan for a quote to have recessed lighting installed throughout our home and remove some of the old dated hanging lights. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell us. His prices were right and he got us on his schedule pretty quickly. His crew was able to finish in one day. His team was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I bought an older house 2 years ago with multiple electrical issues. I have to use light therapy for a medical condition and the circuit breaker would pop after 4 minutes. A friend referred Ryan at Lock and Alert. Ryan came over and gave me an estimate. Ryan and his guys showed up to do the work and I am so impressed. They could have sold me a whole new panel but instead they worked with what I have. They saved me a bunch of money. The work done was professional and clean. They were fast and triple checked their work. They also went above and beyond and changed a few other damaged circuit breakers.
